Our Toronto Community Kitchen finished the meal delivery service in December as the Omicron outbreak heightened and we took a break over the Christmas/New Year period.
We are currently spending some time to identify the greatest need in our local area and how we can best serve those people. Our mission is to support vulnerable people in need of food and, just as importantly, companionship. This service should align with our mission to allow people to Encounter Jesus through the love and friendship of others.
At this time we do not plan to serve meals from our Kitchen at the St Joseph’s Community Centre but will trial an alternate site in Toronto to make it easier for our guests to attend.
