A Christian Church Initiative. CityServe is a mass mobilisation of the church into the community, to serve the community, throughout October. Significant partnerships have been built between churches, business, council and the community. The projects around Toronto this year are:
- Toronto High School – water blasting (6 volunteers needed)
- Lyall Peacock Oval – re-paint dressing sheds (20)
- Rathmines Foreshore – gardening and mulching (20-40)
- Wangi Child Care – outside deck sanded and oiled, gardening (15-20)
- Waterboard Oval Blackalls Park -painting exterior sporting facility (10-15).
