Lord we thank you for your boundless care and concern for every aspect of our lives. Help us to live our faith and love for you, openly and courageously. Grant us the grace to proclaim your saving love without fear.
We give thanks for our Parish Family and our journey over many years. We thank God for being faithful and trust in God for the years ahead and the future direction of our parish.
We pray:
- For our community as we gather for the Parish Assembly that we collectively are open to exploring new possibilities and responding to current needs.
- That our leaders will be guided by the Spirit in making decisions that will affect this community.
- That many people will respond to the invitation to be part of the mission of our parish and to generously share their time and talent.
- For the children and their families who are participating in the Sacramental program as they journey together to deepen their relationship with God and have their lives transformed.
- For the students and teachers returning to studies in Term 3/Semester 2
- In appreciation for the gift of peace and freedom our country enjoys on a daily basis.
